Meet Our Consulting Experts
Tshepho Langa is the CEO and founder of TLH. He is a South African Personal Development Coach, Leadership Consultant, Educator and Speaker. Tshepho specialises in Leadership and Change Management. He holds a number of qualifications including an MBA (from the University of Stellenbosch), Advanced Diploma in Economic Policy (from the University of the Western Cape), BCom (from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal), Certificate in Banking (from Culhane Consulting), Programme in Public Procurement and Supply (from UNISA) and has enjoyed the privilege of attending a Multicultural Marketing course at ESCP University in France.
Tshepho has written and published an academic article titled “The need for agile relationship lending between small business and banks towards a more engaged relationship: a case study in Khayelitsha, South Africa” published in the Asian Business Research Journal, 2019. Tshepho has built the ELEVATE change management model, SUCCEED financial management model and the ADI model for creativity towards productivity.
Mr Langa has worked in his Businesses, Retail, Banking and Church ministry for over 16 years. He currently lectures at The Da Vinci Institute, a private higher education provider as Head of the Economics Faculty. He also is currently the owner and Managing Director of Tshepho Langa Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Tshepho Langa Public Speaking Institute, Mtshepana’s car wash & Mtshepana’s Restaurant.
Ian has approaching forty years of relevant IT project experience, having led a number of significant consulting teams delivering diverse projects largely focused in the business systems and ERP arena. Ian’s knowledge of current trends and the practical application of technology in a business context means he adds significant value to client engagements. His work inside of Oracle, has given unique insight into the licensing requirements and contracts which clients sign and hence is able to provide practical meaningful advice relating to licensing deals. Recently Ian has provided strategic input into the selection of systems and license negotiation and contracting.
Ian has led, developed and grown consulting teams and been a successful CIO winning two global awards for innovation.
Renaldo De Jager
Renaldo has acquired 20 years’ experience as an International Management Consultant. During this time, he successfully delivered projects in most industries in various countries. Renaldo focuses on the improvement of effectiveness and efficiencies, enhancement of productivity and a reduction in operating costs.
He ensures that processes are aligned to the organisational strategy and that they are suitable and applicable. Operating Systems are implemented based on the following: Forecasting; Planning; Scheduling; Controlling & Measurement/Reporting. Having been exposed to international organisations over a number of years, all theories from Lean Manufacturing to Six Sigma to Theory of Constraints, Just –in –time Stock management systems and various management theories were developed, installed and managed. Renaldo holds a General MBA degree.
